What happens if I miss a payment on my med spa membership?
Your med spa membership account moves to suspend status and your credit balance is frozen but fully preserved. Bring your account current, and everything reactivates exactly as you left it, with every dollar of your accrued credit intact and ready to use.
What happens if I cancel my med spa membership in NYC?
Your med spa membership benefits, and discounts end upon cancellation. Your remaining service credit is available for 90 days from your cancellation date before it expires permanently. Former members are always welcome to reactivate at any tier at any time, though previously expired credit is not restored upon reactivation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my med spa monthly membership tier?
Absolutely. Your med spa monthly membership tier can be adjusted at any time to better reflect where you are in your journey with us. Just reach out to our team, and we will take care of everything.
Do my med spa membership discounts apply to all treatments?
